Baltimore Acupuncture Treatments
Our goal in our Baltimore acupuncture center is to provide you with the best treatment that will make you feel 10 out of 10! As you might already know, acupuncture involves the gentle insertion of hair-thin needles at specific points along your body’s energy channels, which helps move the energy to prevent or resolve stuck energy that may manifest as pain, illness or disease. Acupuncture’s goal is to restore smooth and harmonious energy flow, which often causes symptoms to resolve themselves, and patients frequently experience deep personal transformation.
How can acupuncture help YOU?
This is certainly not the full list and acupuncture can be an effective treatment for many other ailments. Not sure if acupuncture is right for you? Please, contact us for a free consultation and we’ll be happy to give our professional opinion. It’s possible we’ve already successfully treated someone with a similar condition. At Strength & Vitality Wellness Center, we use acupuncture to help our clients in many ways, and if you need acupuncture for pain management only, we offer this service as well. Based in the Mt. Washington area of Baltimore, we offer acupuncture in Baltimore, Towson and surrounding areas. Many of clients come from Baltimore, Timonium, Hunt Valley and other parts of Maryland and Pennsylvania, some travelling as far as Annapolis.

Why choose Us for Acupuncture
There are many wellness centers, salons and spas offering acupuncture these days, but we are not your average wellness company. Relieving pain and discomfort is only part of our process – we take the time to uncover and treat underlying causes that lead to pain and discomfort in the first place. Sometimes, acupuncture alone isn’t enough to resolve your health issue – this is why we recommend a comprehensive care approach that combines acupuncture with nutrition coaching and exercise.
We accept insurance for acupuncture treatments from all major health insurance providers. If you would like us to check on your coverage, click here. If your plan doesn’t cover acupuncture for pain relief, you may still be pleased with our competitive rates. Our general recommendations are 8 acupuncture sessions occurring every 2 to 3 days. You can expect a 50% to 80% drop in your pain before leaving your first session. Subsequent appointment will be used to widen the gap in which the pain returns until it is completely gone.
